Home made broccoli & Stilton soup
with roll and butter

Home made crab cake
with ginger coated king prawns, chive crème fraiche & salad

Mushroom & Wensleydale bruschetta
layered Portabello mushroom & Wensleydale cheese
on lightly garlicked bruschetta; spinach pesto & salad

half a Galia melon, with mixed berries & fruit coulis

home made stuffing and Bramley apple sauce

slow braised beef, finished with roast peppers, artichokes & olives

steamed in honey, lemon & wholegrain mustard; asparagus spears

Mushroom, courgette & red pepper gratin
sautéed in herb butter and grilled under a Mozzarella blanket
